This Father And Son From China Made Transformers Replicas From Trash

This father and son from China are the coolest parent-child duo we’ve seen in a long time, after they teamed up to create these incredible giant Transformers replicas.
Yu Zhilin, a peasant farmer, started building the gigantic robots with son Yu Lingyun, after the Transformers: Age of Extinction movie became China’s highest ever grossing film.

This scrap metal looks pretty useless, but it was used to make the replicas, which are constructed in a small factory in Hengyang, Hunan Province.

They’re part of a growing number of people in the country who are cashing in the film’s success by making the impressive replicas, before selling them for huge sums of money.

The pair’s latest creation sold for almost $160,000, and we think it’s worth every penny.

The whole thing just leaves us asking two questions.
1) Can we buy one?
2) Does anyone want to lend us a few quid for it?
