Man Lifts 80kg Of Bricks With His Testicles

In utterly painful news comes this gentleman, whose party trick is lifting 80kg of bricks with his testicles and then swinging them about for 10 minutes.

The man, from Henan province in China and dressed in a fetching banana-yellow sleeveless number that mercifully concealed his manhood, lifted the brick pile at a live performance and swung it back and forth 320 times in a 10-minute period.

Thief Who ‘Robbed Pensioner With Knife’ Is Stripped & Cling Filmed To A Lamppost

A mob dished out some very sweaty justice to an alleged thief who was spotted attempting to rob a pensioner with a knife – he was stripped naked, then wrapped head to foot in clingfilm and tied to a lamppost.

People took photographs as 32-year-old Valentino Abeyta Barrera sweltered in Chilean capital Santiago’s 27-degree heat, with his underpants around his ankles.

He was left for 20 minutes before police arrived – and the alleged thief refused to explain why he was there, begging the police to free him.

The photographs stirred up discussion online about vigilante justice – and Barrera was freed, as his alleged victim did not make a complaint to police

One commenter, Daniela Montoya Pazo said: ‘They just had to arrest him, not beat him. This kind of things put us at the same level as the criminals.’

Kano Mosque Bomb Blasts Kills 64 People

An estimated 64 people died in the multiple explosions in Kano Grand Mosque today, according to preliminary casualty figures released by an official of one of the rescue agencies.

About 128 people were also said to have been injured in the bombings believed to have been the handiwork of the Boko Haram.

The official, who requested anonymity as he was not authorised to speak to media, said 64 bodies had been brought to just one Kano area hospital after the attack at the city’s central mosque, and the wounded figure reflected statistics from three hospitals.

The bombs exploded in the mosque attached to the palace of the Emir of Kano, Mohammed Sanusi, a week after he issued a call to arms to fight Boko Haram.

The explosions came after civilian vigilantes in the northeastern city of Maiduguri said they foiled a bomb attack against a mosque, five days after two female suicide bombers killed over 45 people in the city.

Couple Sentenced For Forcing Children To Live With Dead Body So They Can Collect Social Security Checks

A Florida couple recently had their day in court after police say they forced their children to live with a dead body so they could collect the deceased’s social security checks.

Click Orlando reports: A Holly Hill man was sentenced to five years in prison after being convicted of living with a body.

Todd Christopher LaDuke, 39, was convicted of two felony counts of child neglect and a misdemeanor count for failing to report a body to the medical examiner.

LaDuke was arrested last Halloween along with co-defendant Nicole Scalise after investigators discovered the body of Tiffany Kain, 33, in her bedroom.

Officials said she had been dead for at least three weeks.

OAU Students Protest Over President Goodluck Jonathan's Visit

Students of the Obafemi Awolowo University, OAU, are staging a peaceful protest on campus. The students say they are angry that all activities at their school have been suspended due to President Jonathan's visit. They also say they are protesting the failure of the educational system under the GEJ administration.

35 Feared Dead in Roadside Explosion Near Mubi

Thirty-five people, including five soldiers and a local hunter, were feared killed in a bomb explosion at the Maraba–Mubi area of Adamawa state on Thursday, witnesses and security sources said.

The area is about 18 kilometre from Mubi town.

A witness told journalists in Yola, the state capital, that a combined team of the military and local hunters, who gained entrance into Mubi, was on a routine patrol of the area when the bomb detonated.

According to the witness, the blast occurred at a busy area, and happened as people began returning to Mubi after its recapture by security force.
Some reports said the bomb attack was at a bus station.

“The explosive may have been planted by members of the Boko Haram on the day before and it went off while people, including soldiers, gathered in the morning to strategise on their next point of action,” he said.
