Man Who Sent Woman Pictures Of His Penis Is Suing HER For Copyright Theft

A BALLERINA harassed by a sex pest on social media is being sued under copyright laws after she posted a picture of his penis online.

Vica Blochina had been constantly harassed by the man on her Facebook page who was sending her photos of his penis.
In a bid to stop the sex pest the 38-year-old, posted a status which read: "If you keep harassing me with obscene photos, I’ll put them on my wall."
And she warned: "You’ll be the XXS [extra-extra-small] star."
But to her surprise the harassment continued and so the petite blonde went ahead anyway and published his identity – as well as the photo of his manhood and screenshots of this messages.

As a result Vica has been served with a letter from lawyers acting for Cristian Foculescu, who said that the snaps of his private parts were his "intellectual property" and accused her of copyright theft.
The letter also complained that the man would be seeking damages for having his reputation ruined, as the publicity meant his children had seen what he had been up to.
Foculescu wrote on Facebook: "Hello Vica Blokina, I consider this content as my private property and cannot be used without my permission. Please answer with a message regarding this situation or delete the content."
Vica Blochina was born in Lithuania and was one of the country's most celebrated ballet dancers.
She ended up on the front pages after being involved in a lawsuit against Romanian national squad manager, Victor Piturca, to claim child support for their son.
