Mum, I Told You EveryThings Would Be Alright - Phyno

Nigerian rap artiste, Phyno, reminded his mother of his words to her when he was pursuing a career in the music industry. After posting the woman’s picture on the internet, the rapper said, ‘I told you everything will be great mum!! Nnem.’

Phyno has grown to be one of the hottest rappers in Nigeria. His use of Igbo language for his rap has made him a toast of music buffs in Nigeria. Though he never started that style, but he has revolutionised the use of the language for rap.
He started his musical career in 2003 as a producer and worked with some top artistes in Nigeria like Timaya, Flavour, Ruggedman, Bracket, J Martins and Mr. Raw. His debut album, ‘No Guts No Glory’, was released in 2014 and has done collaborations with A-list artistes.
