Jennifer Lawrence Responds to Nude Photo Leak, Vows (Legal) Vengeance

As previously reported, a handful of Jennifer Lawrence nude photos hit the Internet.

Now, a spokesperson for the Oscar-winning actress has spoken out and pretty much confirmed the scandalous images in question are of Lawrence, stating the star plans to fight back against the crime.

"This is a flagrant violation of privacy," said Lawrence's rep via email. "The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."

A 4chan user taken responsibility for these images and threatened to release countless others.
He's also behind Victoria Justice nude photos that just went viral, though that actress has denied the shots in question are actually of her.

The hacker also claims to have illicit images of other beauties such as Ariana Grande, Rihanna, Kim Kardashian and Kate Upton (and...yup... look at that... Kate Upton topless pics!) in a collection of hundreds on his computer.

In 2012, Christopher Chaney pleaded guilty to hacking into the accounts and spreading NC-17-rated shots of Christina Aguilera, Mila Kunis and Scarlett Johansson.

He is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence.

Actress Mary Winstead, one of the names mentioned on 4chan’s“master list," just penned the following note on Twitter:

Knowing those photos were deleted long ago, I can only imagine the creepy effort that went into this. Feeling for everyone who got hacked… To those of you looking at photos I took with my husband years ago in the privacy of our home, hope you feel great about yourselves.
