Justin Bieber Will Be Formally Charged with A Felony for Vandalism, Facing Deportation if Convicted

This will not come as great news for Bieber fans or some of his favorite hip hop buddies however, Los Angeles prosecutors are drafting the criminal complaint against the pop singer Justin Bieber today for vandalism and destruction of property as it relates to the egging incident that occurred several months ago at his neighbors’ home.

There is extensive video footage that shows the singer at the center of the allege crime and law enforcement believe that there is enough evidence to prosecute the singer. Bieber escaped prosecution of an alleged DUI incident that occurred in Miami days ago because there wasn’t enough evidence to prosecute however, the singer will be required to accept some responsibility for the traffic stop that resulted in his arrest.
Of course many remember that the singer was also recently accused of being a racist due to the release of to very controversial videos where he is heard singing racially charged songs. Let’s just hope Bieber doesn’t decide to perform those songs while in the county lock-up where he is scheduled to make a special appearance.

Because he is not a US citizen, a misdemeanor or felony conviction will almost guarantee he will be deported back to Canada.
