Bill Cosby Sexual Assault Case Will Move Forward

Bill Cosby will face trial in his sexual assault case because the judge just rejected his request for a dismissal. 

Cosby's lawyer had argued he got a solid promise from the former D.A. in suburban Philadelphia ... that the comedian would NOT be prosecuted for allegedly sexually assaulting Andrea Constand.

Cosby claimed he agreed to sit for a deposition in Constand's civil case ONLY because of the D.A.'s promise, and that depo contained essential information about supplying drugs to women that led to the criminal filing.

R. Kelly Responds To Village Voice Story About Past Sexual Assault Allegations

R.Kelly has responded to the Village Voice shocking article about his history of alleged sexual abuse of teenage girls which centered around an interview with Chicago Sun-Times music journalist, Jim DeRogatis, who broke the story 15 years ago.

During an interview with Atlanta’s V-103, R.Kelly had this to say about the article;

"Well I feel like I got the football man, and I’m running towards the touchdown and if I stop and look back or mess around, I’ll get tackled. When you get on top of anything, it’s very windy, It’s about holding your balance once you get up there…Spiritually, I’m a climber.”

Singer Cee Lo Green Pleads Not Guilty to Drug Charge, Cleared of Sexual Assault

Cee Lo Green pleaded not guilty to giving a woman ecstasy at a Los Angeles restaurant during a 2012 dinner, and prosecutors declined to file a rape count against the singer because of insufficient evidence. Green, 38, whose real name is Thomas DeCarlo Callaway, appeared in court hours after prosecutors charged him with one felony count of furnishing a controlled substance. He could face four years in prison if convicted.
