Court Nullifies Ban on Abalaka’s HIV/AIDS Vaccine

After 16 years, a Federal High Court in Makurdi, Benue State, has declared the ban placed by ex-President Olusegun Obasanjo’s administration on the use of HIV/AIDS vaccine discovered by a surgeon, Jeremiah Abalaka, as illegal, null and void.

Justice Binta Nyako in a 32-page judgment obtained by journalists during a press briefing on Saturday in Abuja, held that efforts like this should be encouraged.

Abalaka and his hospital, Medicrest Specialist Hospital Limited, Gwagwalada, had dragged the Federal Government to court seeking a declaration that the July 20, 2000 ban or suspension of the use of HIV vaccine he discovered was illegal, null and void, because it violates his Patent No. RP 13567 dated July 22, 1999.

Man Rapes His Dog Until His Peen Got Stuck Inside It

A man was arrested on charges of animal cruelty after being caught raping his dog, police in Florida said.

Tampa Police said that horrified neighbors called police when they heard the suspect, 57-year-old Bernard Marsonek, screaming for help in the front yard of his home.

According to Worldwide Weird News, Marsonek was participating in a despicable act with his dog Pounder. Shortly after the act began, Pounder became stuck in its owner.

Unable to part with his dog, Marsonek screamed for help. He was in a lot of pain. Many shocked neighbors told him to stop raping his dog, but he simply replied: "I can’t. I am stuck."

A 60-year-old bachelor, Segun Benson, has been accused of raping a 14-year-old primary school pupil in Agege.

Segun, the only surviving child of his mother who has refused to be married, was said to have lured the girl into his room with N50 where he forcefully had a canal knowledge of her.

Narrating her gory experience, the victim said, “I am in primary six. On Friday, he gave me N50 to buy sweet for myself. He then asked me to caress his private parts. When I told him I would tell my daddy, he said I should not go home.

“He took me to his house around Railway Line where he raped me. I was there from 3pm till around 7pm. I started bleeding from his house and when I got home the blood did not stop. But I kept it secret until Saturday when people saw it.”

Star-Studded Movie ‘Heaven’s Hell’ Will Not Premiere in January 2015 - Producer, Katung Aduwak

Producer of highly anticipated all star-studded movie Heaven’s Hell has said the movie will premiere later in the year as against January 23^rd 2015 announced at the beginning of the year.

Katung Aduwak, director/producer of the movie said this delay is because of explicit and inciting content the movie is conveying.

“We received advice from a member of NFVCB to re-edit some scene in the movie which was considered too explicit and inciting. Well, the scenes are currently being worked upon and in due course the highly expected movie will be ready”
